General Questions

What are your prices?

  • Our pricing can be found here.

How many farmhouse tables and what size are they?

  • (12) 10.5 ft tables and (12) 9 ft tables. We also have (20) 5 ft round lifetime tables that would require linens.

Do you supply linens or decorations?

  • We do not supply linens or Decorations, but you can check our preferred vendors pg.

What time will I have access to the venue to decorate?

  • You will have access to the venue at the time listed on your contract, not earlier. Please plan accordingly.

Do I need to schedule a tour or can I just stop by?

  • We kindly request that all tours are by appointment only. You can request a tour here.

We are using a rental company.  Can they drop items off or pick them up outside of the rental period? 

  • The property could be rented out during the week . For that reason, all deliveries must happen during the standard rental period. Please advise your vendors of this policy.

Planning Questions

What time do you suggest we start the ceremony

  • It’s really up to you, however, just think about if you want any sunset pictures with your wedding party and family. We would suggest ceremony start 1 - 1.5 hours ahead of sunset. You would want to see what time sunset is at the time of year you are getting married. That’s also a great question to ask your photographer.

Are candles allowed? 

  • Great question. Candles are allowed, however they do need to be in a candle holder to catch the wax.

How will the tables, chairs, etc. be arranged for my sized event?

  • Our price includes setting the tables according to your guest count and your design (as long as we know 5 days in advance randall@floridabarnweddingsandevents.com)

If we choose the one day option, will we be able to access the location early to rehearse our ceremony? 

  • You will have access to the venue at the time listed on your contract, not earlier. Please plan accordingly.

Can we have fireworks on the property? 

  • No fireworks with the exception of a sparkler send off. The sparkler send off has to be done outside the building on the gravel driveway and somebody put in charge of making sure they are disposed of properly.

Catering Questions

What are our catering options at Florida Barn Weddings & Events?

  • We recommend several caterers that do a fantastic job, and are familiar with our facility. You can look at that list here. You may get the approval with Randall or Betsy to use another vendor. Please ask.

Does Florida Barn Weddings and Events handle the catering orders for these caterers, or do I work with the caterer directly?

  • In our experience, it's most efficient and most cost effective for couples to work directly with the caterer. Simply book your big day with Florida Barn Weddings and Events and reach out to the caterers of your choosing to schedule a tasting and get the ball rolling!
